Gender Equity Lens

Empowering Sport Leaders to Lead with Equity
The Gender Equity Lens framework is a four-step process designed to help sport leaders make more fair and inclusive decisions. It helps you spot barriers, ask better questions, and build action plans that support gender equity. This e-learning course is for anyone working to make sport more welcoming for women and girls.
With this training, sport leaders will:
- Understand key equity and inclusion terms like gender, bias, and intersectionality
- Learn why gender equity strengthens sport for everyone
- Use the Lens framework to challenge assumptions and guide better decisions
- Create sport spaces where women and girls can thrive and lead for years to come
