At Canadian Women & Sport, our technology team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, and supporting programs, fundraising, and organizational operations. By maintaining strong systems and integrations, this role ensures our staff have the tools and information they need to drive measurable impact for women and girls in sport.
We are hiring a Technology Systems Administrator to lead the configuration, administration, and information architecture of our CRM and related digital tools. This is a highly technical, hands-on role with a strong focus on CRM architecture, data governance, and systems integrations. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in CRM administration, data architecture, and compliance frameworks, ideally as a certified database administrator.
Reporting to the Director of IT, the Technology Systems Administrator will oversee all core CRM functions, design and manage integrations with third-party platforms, and ensure data integrity, privacy, and accessibility across the organization.
