Leah MacNab, Head of International Strategy & Operations at the NBA, brings a global perspective and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in professional sport. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding the NBA’s international footprint and elevating women’s sport through initiatives like the WNBA Canada Games. Leah’s deep connection to sport and her commitment to equity make her a powerful addition to the board.

Hannah Parish, Country Manager for Canada at Airbnb, is a seasoned executive with a passion for community, innovation, and advocacy. With experience scaling businesses at Lyft and ARĪV eBikes, and board roles with Cycling Canada and Women in Transportation, Hannah offers a unique blend of strategic insight and lived experience in sport. Her dedication to creating inclusive pathways for girls in sport aligns seamlessly with the organization’s values.

In addition to welcoming new board members, Canadian Women & Sport is pleased to announce Susan Irving as the newly elected Chair of the Board. Susan, Chief Marketing Officer at Kruger Products Inc., has been a board member since 2021 and previously chaired the Brand & Revenue Committee. Her leadership was pivotal in launching Get Girl Coached, the organization’s first national marketing campaign. With decades of experience leading iconic brands and a personal history as a high-performance athlete, Susan brings both strategic acumen and heartfelt passion to her new role.
