Facilitators & Consultants

Canadian Women & Sport is growing! We currently work with a team of 20 Program Facilitators and Consultants who help us deliver programs and reach communities from coast to coast to coast. We’re always looking for more passionate leaders to join us.

What Do Program Facilitators and Consultants Do?

Program Facilitators work directly with local and grassroots sport organizations. They lead workshops, deliver educational sessions, and support sport leaders and their teams on the front lines of sport. Their role helps build understanding and action at the community level.

Program Consultants partner with senior leadership teams to guide organizations in advancing gender equity. They help solve challenges, offer strategic support, and drive meaningful change from within sport systems.

Both roles are remote, flexible, and offered as independent contract positions.
